Urgent Appointments
If you require an urgent appointment today (Monday to Friday), please contact us by one of the following methods:

When you make contact, we will ask you about your needs to ensure you are seen by the most appropriate doctor, nurse, or healthcare professional.
⚠️ Please be aware that urgent appointments are allocated in the order in which requests are received.
Non-Urgent Appointments
To request a non-urgent appointment, you can:

Upon contact, we will triage your needs to ensure you are allocated to the most suitable healthcare professional at the most suitable time.
Home Visits 🚗🏠
Home visits are available only for patients who are housebound. If you are able to leave your home with assistance or by taxi, you are not classed as housebound and a home visit will not be arranged.
Requests for home visits should be made as soon as possible after 8:00 am and no later than 10:30 am for visits required the same day.
All home visit requests will be triaged by a doctor. Please note that requesting a visit does not guarantee one will be made. We may contact you by phone first to better understand your needs.
Enhanced Access – Evening and Weekend Appointments 🌙📅
We offer evening and weekend appointments through the GP+ Enhanced Access Service at the following locations:

Available Mondays and Tuesdays - The Lakes Medical Practice

Help When We Are Closed ⏰
If you require medical assistance outside of our opening hours, please use the following services:
- For non-emergency medical help for individuals aged 5 and over, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
- For help with children under 5, please call 111 directly.
- In a medical or mental health emergency, call 999 immediately.
