Alert: World Antimicrobial Awareness Week (18–24 November)

At Poplars Medical Centre, we’re supporting World Antimicrobial Awareness Week, a global campaign to raise awareness about the responsible use of antibiotics and other antimicrobial medicines. Misuse and overuse of antibiotics can lead to antimicrobial resistance, making infections harder to treat. We encourage our patients to use antibiotics only when prescribed and to follow their healthcare provider’s advice carefully. Together, we can help preserve the effectiveness of these vital medicines for the future. Sign up and read more
